Spring, spring, spring goes the springboard as I jumped off like a missile speeding through the air. I landed with a straight back, my arms by my side and my feet close together. Room 5 and Room 4 began the lesson with a warm up. We do warm ups so we can stretch our muscles. If you don’t, your muscles will be cold and you could hurt yourself really badly.
