Netball mad fans meet captains of the ANZ Premiership
All eyes were on two young Northpark netball fans as they met their Magic and Steel heroes on centre court at Sunday’s ANZ Premiership match.
Ten-year-old Amelia McKenzie and eight-year-old Ruby McKenzie won the opportunity through the ANZ Future Captains competition to meet Magic captain Casey Kopua and Steel captain Gina Crampton and lead the teams out onto centre court at the start of the match and live on SKY Sport.
“My favourite part was getting to high five all the players when they came out onto the court!” says Amelia.
“I loved meeting the captains, Casey Kopua and Gina Crampton,” says Ruby.
