We were in car waiting for our adventure. We were going to an art gallery where other people in the community take lessons too.

We were learning about New Zealand’s gifts and the arts. Our guide helped us to do our art and gave us good tips and different tools to use.

Our special title was “Our place in Aotearoa New Zealand and we each had a letter of this title to work our “Art Magic” on.

After we had finished our art piece we had a look around and explored every little detail. Surprisingly, they had an art exhibition on until November. One part of the art gallery is a room like a pigsty. The artist lived with a pig for a day so he could know what pigs do! Crazy, eh!

Then it was time to go back into the cars and round the bends and under and over the bridges back to school.

What an awesome time at the art gallery.
