The countdown is on for an exciting Book Week in Week 2 next term, featuring our much-loved Book Fair, open before and after school. We are looking for two volunteers per session to help make this event a success.

Special Event – Grandparents Day Friday 24 July | 11:45 AM – 12:30 PM

We need at least 3 helpers for this special celebration. Book Fair Volunteer Shifts:

Monday 27 July – Thursday 30 July
Morning: 8:20 – 9:00 AM
Afternoon: 2:30 – 3:00 PM
Friday 31 July
Morning: 8:20 – 9:00 AM

Book Fair Opens – (book week 27th – 31st)
Grandparents Liturgy and Classroom Visits 11:15 – 1:15pm

Buddy Mass 11:15 – 12:15pm – Rooms 22 and 8, donations to the Parish foodbank are welcome
Junior Idol Heats 12:30 – 1:30pm

Thursday 30th July

HPPA Dance festival 5 – 8:30pm

Friday 31st July

Book Character Costume Parade 8.45am – students are encouraged to come dressed to school as a book character from a book they know
Proclaiming the Word 1:30 – 2:30pm
