When we went down to the hall I wasn’t excited at all. We were all sitting down impatiently and all I could see was a lady blowing balloons and making us laugh. She had a yo-yo clipped to her pants and Mrs. Noble Campbell had one too.

The lady introduced herself, and we found out that her name was Hayley, she was super funny and now I am excited.

She pointed to NED who was on a white background, I loved his funky hair style! Hayley told us about NED’s crazy morning and I realized that I should change my attitude every morning and go to school with a positive start.

Hayley did lots of cool yo-yo tricks about NED’s morning and I laughed like crazy.

Hayley told us what NED stood for; ‘N’ never give up, I realized I should keep on going on. ‘E’ stood for encourage others she said we encourage others; they will encourage us that’s when I realized everyone was there to help me. ‘D’ stood for do your best. I knew I had to make my dream come true by doing my best, because you can’t just dream your dreams and they are going to happen. You have to work towards your dream. Hayley told us that we shouldn’t be afraid of our mistakes because we can learn from them and erase them with our rubber.

I would love to get a yo-yo and support NED.

NED SHOW

On Monday we went to the hall for NED show. we say Hayley and Ned. Before the start, Hayley did funny things with balloons, finally the show started. Hayley introduced herself she is from California and she told a story about Ned. Ned went for a walk with his dog, the dog ran away!

Hayley was so funny because she did silly things and talked about Ned. ‘N’ is never give up! ‘E’ is encourage others, ‘D’ is do your best.  So I thought like this, that I could do it and Hayley’s movement and voice was so, so, silly she could make Paris with yo-yo strings.

On Monday we went to the NED SHOW in the hall. At the show there was a woman from California and she taught us what NED stands for: never give up, encourage others, do your best.

She also taught us some really cool yo-yo tricks and told us how be a champion.  We can be a champion by making mistakes and learning from them. if it’s a sport we should show good sportsmanship.

Lola Penfold, Year 4, Room 15

Yay! It’s the NED show! Meet Hayley, she comes from California and does Yo-yo tricks and much more!

Meet NED, Ned and Hayley travel to different countries and different schools to show their tricks and much more!

This was going to be the best show ever! the first letter of NED is ‘N’, N stands for never give up. The second letter of NED is ‘E’, E stands for encourage others. The last letter of NED is ‘D’ D stands for do your best. it was really amazing how Hayley did her tricks.

Cookie Munar, Year 4, Room 15

The Ned show stands for never give up, encourage others, and do your best. Hayley and Ned taught us some tricks and how to be a champion, it was very inspiring.

Hayley and Ned told us a story of their morning, it was really funny.  Some people won a prize for saying how to be a champion, once again it was really inspiring.

We saw her talk more about Ned’s name. then we saw her do more yo-yo tricks and she told us about the yo-yo sale. After that we went back to class.

A fun day and also a very funny day.

Yo, we should get a yo-yo and also go to the Ned show.

Cole Tomkies, Year 4, Room 15

The NED show is about 3 things, never give up, encourage others and do your best. Hayley one of the Ned show workers told us things in a funny actress voice.

Never give up is the first step to being a champion. It is telling us to keep going no matter what! also it tells us not give up NEVER EVER!

Encourage others is the second step to being a champion at our hobby. it is telling us to encourage others so they encourage us too when we are in times of need.

Do your best is the third step to being a champion at our hobby. it is telling us to always do our best in everything, simply everything! so one day we will master it. Remember always do your best. ALWAYS!

The Ned show was fun; Hayley did some amazing tricks too at the end everyone clapped HOORAY! for the joyful NED SHOW!
