Sunday the 4th of December saw the annual Santa Parade through the main street of Howick. Nearly 50 children from Our Lady Star of the Sea took part.  Mrs Holt would like to thank Mr Douglas Ferguson who drove our float, Mr Baird and Mr Costello who built the stable framing and Mr Brad Robertson who provided our trailer.  A huge thank you to the parents who created the stunning angels and shepherds costumes – the children looked absolutely beautiful. We had Father Terry, lots of parent helpers, along with staff members Mrs Trish Webb and Mrs Angela Lim keeping the children safe on the day. Also, many thanks to the past pupils who helped clean up after the event.
