Friday the 11th of November was Milo and Muffin Morning. Children gathered at our two Walking School Bus stops, Kilimanjaro Road and Summermist Drive, to walk to school together ably supported by our regular bus drivers. Once they arrived at school they were treated to a lovely warm cup of milo and a delicious muffin.
Our Walking School bus operates every morning of the school week and children are encouraged to join in and walk to school with their friends to help reduce congestion at the school gate. Please support this if you are able to, especially now as the weather warms up. Walking to school with friends is a great way to start the day.
