WHAT’S HAPPENING NEXT WEEK
Term 1 2026 – Tuesday 3 February
Welcome back to a new school year.
A quick reminder, your child needs to wear a hat and sandals to and from school along with their correct school uniform.
Please send your child’s stationery with them to their classroom as soon as you have received it.
Buses will be operating as usual from Tuesday.
Tuesday 3rd February
- 8.45 school begins – please have your child at school around 8.30am ready for the day
- Consent forms and BYOD forms will be sent home today – please return these, filled out, at your earliest convenience.
- 3pm – 4.15pm – Meet the Teacher Afternoon – Teachers will be in their classrooms for you to pop in and introduce yourself informally, and have your child show you around their new room. If you have important things you need to share with your teacher about your child, please either make an appointment to do so or email your teacher. If you are unable to make this time, you are always welcome to pop in either before or after school to meet your teacher.
Wednesday 4th February
- 8.45am Welcome Liturgy – school hall – all welcome to attend
Friday 6th February
- Waitangi Day – public holiday – school closed for the day
Saturday 7th March 2026 2pm- 4pm – save the day – Community Dreaming Day
