Comments from parents
With the kids getting the bus I don’t have to be home till 3.30 which means an extra half hour of paid work!
No stress of finding a car park at the school!
No more waiting in that long, long line of cars to turn out of Stellamaris way.
With my Year 2 girl getting the bus home I don’t have to wake her sister from her nap to go and get her from school.
They get home all by themselves all together and they love the independence
Sometimes they have already finished their homework by the time they get home
They have made bus friends – kids that live close by.
I was worried that I would miss out on what was happening at the school, so I drop them off in the mornings and they get the bus home. It’s so much easier than finding a car park near the school.
I take turns at meeting the kids at the bus, with another Mum, so it’s not such a rush to get home in time to collect them
I thought my Year 1 boy was too young to catch the bus all by himself but he LOVES it
With my daughter getting the bus it gives me time to do the kindy run before collecting her from the bus stop.
Go on – give it a try - Catch the Bus
