The Iron Brion Roadshow came to our school on 28 July. Through their entertaining performance they left us with the message of how important it is to eat a balanced diet by eating foods from all the food groups and to do regular exercise. At the end of the show each child was given a healthy beef burger on a wholewheat roll. Thanks once again to our wonderful parent helpers who helped with the distribution of this delicious treat.
