The PTA aims to work within the education system to encourage family involvement & participation in our school community including fundraising & facilitating the purchase of ‘Special Character” resources.

Meetings
The PTA meets on the first Monday of the month (unless a holiday then dates will be advised)in the staffroom at 7pm. You are all welcome to come along and get involved with your child's school.
PTA is a great way:
-to meet other parents
-be active in our school community.
-Be involved in fundraising & various school events.
-have a say in how PTA funds & supports school activities.
If you are not able to attend the meetings but would like to be involved we would love to hear from you.

UNIFORM SHOP
The uniform shop is located beside the tuck shop.

Planned Events for 2011
Welcome Picnic
Thursday 24 February from 5:30 p.m. Come along for sausages and fun.
Chocolates Fundraiser
In Term 1 we sell chocolates to raise funds for the school.
Quiz Night
Saturday 21 May in the School Hall from 6:30 p.m. The theme this year is Heroes and Villains. Get a group together and come along for a fun night. Tables of 10 for $100. Bar available on the night. Costumes compulsory. Lots of prizes.
Entertainment Books
These will be available as a fundraiser for the school. There are fantastic savings on hundreds of activities and restaurants.
Sausage Sizzle
3rd Thursday every month. If you are able to help meet at the tuckshop at 12p.m. If you would like to help please contact Diane Guinan on 537 4480.
Discos
Discos are held once a term. Sausages, drinks and glow sticks available for purchase. For safety we ask that you deliver children to the hall and collect them from the hall when the disco finishes. If you would like to help with the discos please contact Lorna Muller on 533 4521.
Ice Skating
There is an ice skating night, once a year in place of the disco for that term.
GALA
Our major fundraiser of the year is our annual Gala in October. More notices to follow.
